These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Earnships.com as an online earning portal for freelance content writers. By registering, submitting content, accepting assignments, or using any service on the platform, you agree to comply with these terms as updated from time to time. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the website immediately.
Eligibility and Account Use
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and while maintaining an account. Earnships.com may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false details, duplicate registrations, or unauthorized activity. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all actions taken through your account.
The platform is intended for lawful freelance work related to content writing and associated services. Users must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. Earnships.com reserves the right to verify identity, experience, and payment details before approving or continuing account access.
One Account per Person and IP Address Limit
Each person may hold only one Earnships.com account. To prevent duplicate, fake or automated accounts, no more than 5 member accounts may be used from the same internet connection (IP address) within a 30-day period. The 5 oldest accounts on a connection are allowed; newer additional accounts are treated as over the limit. Administrator and staff accounts are not counted.
When an account is over the limit and continues to be used from that connection, the following steps apply, at least 24 hours apart: (1) an email notice; (2) a final warning by email and on the website; and (3) automatic blocking of the account, with an email confirming the block. Earnings, rewards, commissions or bonuses linked to accounts blocked under this rule may be withheld or reversed. If several genuine people share one connection (for example a family, office, hostel or mobile network), you may contact support through the Contact page; Earnships.com may, at its sole discretion, exempt the connection or restore an account after review. The limit, period and timing may be changed by Earnships.com at any time.
Content Submission and Quality Standards
All work submitted to Earnships.com must be original, accurate, and free from plagiarism, copyright infringement, defamatory material, or unlawful content. Writers are responsible for ensuring that submissions meet assignment instructions, deadlines, formatting requirements, and editorial standards. Content generated or assisted by automated tools must still satisfy originality, factual accuracy, and client-specific rules where permitted.
Earnships.com may review, edit, reject, or remove any submission that does not meet quality expectations or violates platform policies. Repeated low-quality submissions, missed deadlines, or policy breaches may result in reduced assignment access, payment holds, or account termination.
Payments, Fees, and Earnings
Earnings are based on the rates, project terms, or commission structures displayed or agreed upon through the platform. Payment becomes due only for approved work that satisfies quality and compliance requirements. Earnships.com may withhold, reverse, or deny payment for fraudulent activity, duplicate submissions, plagiarized content, or work that materially fails the assignment brief.
Writers are responsible for providing correct payout information and for any taxes, reporting obligations, bank charges, or third-party transaction fees that apply to their earnings. Payment schedules, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and processing times may be updated by Earnships.com with reasonable notice on the website.
Reading Rewards, Referrals and Bonuses
Reading rewards are paid only for genuine reading of articles while logged in, within the limits shown in your account (such as the number of rewarded articles in a rolling 24-hour period, waiting times between articles, reading cycles and any strict reading schedule with penalties for missed windows). Penalties set out in your account may reduce your balance, including below zero within the limit shown there. Referral rewards, team rewards (profit share), network bonuses and vouchers are paid under the rules displayed on the website at the time and are funded by Earnships.com; they may be withheld or reversed where they arise from fake, duplicate or self-referred accounts, artificial traffic or any other misuse.
Identity Verification (KYC) and Withdrawals
Before a withdrawal can be requested, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting accurate personal details and the identity documents and photographs requested on the KYC page, and reach the referral network target set for your membership plan. Earnships.com may approve, reject or revoke a verification, request new documents, and refuse or hold any withdrawal where information is false, documents do not match the account holder, or a security or fraud concern exists. Withdrawal requirements, targets, bonus amounts and minimum amounts may be changed by Earnships.com and are always shown on the My Bonus and Payouts pages.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a specific project agreement, all rights, title, and interest in approved and paid content transfer to Earnships.com or the applicable client upon payment. Until payment is completed, no ownership transfer is deemed final. Writers must not resell, republish, or reuse commissioned work created for the platform unless written permission is provided.
Prohibited Conduct and Liability
- Using the platform for spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity
- Submitting copied, misleading, or rights-violating material
- Attempting to bypass platform fees, systems, or security controls
- Impersonating another user, client, or company representative
- Creating or operating more than one account, or more than the allowed number of accounts on one internet connection
- Using bots, scripts, VPNs or proxies to fake reads, views, referrals or account locations
Earnships.com provides services on an as-available basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific income levels, continuous project availability, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
Termination and Changes
Earnships.com may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with updates taking effect upon posting on the website. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The platform may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk concerns, legal compliance, or operational reasons without prior notice where necessary.
These terms were last updated on October 25, 2026 and are effective from that date. Users should review them regularly to remain informed of their rights, responsibilities, and platform rules.

Withdrawals
Withdrawals are available once you have (1) completed identity verification (KYC) and (2) reached the network target for your plan, both shown on the My Bonus and Payouts pages. Each payout method has its own minimum amount; you cannot request more than your current balance, and only one request can be open at a time. Every request is reviewed and paid manually by the finance team. Earnings from abuse, fake or duplicate accounts, or rule breaches may be withheld or reversed.
Automatic Plan Renewal from Your Balance
If you have a paid subscription plan that is not billed by PayPal or Stripe, it renews automatically from your Earnships balance at 00:00 (site time) on the day it expires. For example, a monthly plan started on 30 September renews at 00:00 on 30 October. At that moment the plan price is deducted from your balance and the plan is extended by one billing cycle from its previous expiry date. The renewal is recorded in your payment history and confirmed by email; when your KYC and network target are complete, the email confirms that you can apply for a withdrawal.
- We email you 1 day(s) before the renewal.
- Auto-renewal is on by default. You can switch it off at any time in Account Settings > Manage Subscription; the change applies to the next renewal. To avoid a renewal, switch it off before 00:00 on your plan's expiry day.
- If your balance is lower than the plan price at renewal time, nothing is charged, your plan ends on its expiry date and we email you.
- A renewal paid from your balance reduces the amount available to withdraw. Renewals take place before any pending use of the balance on that day.
- Free plans, lifetime plans and plans billed by an external payment provider are not renewed from the balance.
Games: Word Game, Lucky Code and Spin & Win
Games are available to logged-in members only and may be switched off, changed or limited at any time. All results, timing and scores are decided on our servers; what you see in the browser only displays them. Every game action is logged with your IP address and device information to prevent abuse. Prizes are added to your balance immediately and can be withdrawn under the Withdrawals rules above. Using bots, scripts, multiple accounts or any other way to manipulate a game leads to the reversal of its winnings and may lead to account suspension.
- Word Game is a game of skill: points convert at 10,000 points = $1, up to $0.50 per member per day. Starting a new round ends the current round without paying it.
- Lucky Code is a game of chance. Each guess costs $0.01 from your balance, win or lose; a correct guess pays $5. A guess matches about 1 time in 250, so most guesses lose their fee. Up to 100 guesses per day; guessing closes 3 seconds before each new code.
- Spin & Win is a game of chance. You choose a stake between $0.05 and $1; the stake is taken from your balance and the wheel pays the stake times the multiplier it lands on (from 0x up to 4x). You can never lose more than your stake. On average the wheel pays back about 79.9% of stakes. 1 free spin(s) per day at the minimum stake, up to 20 spins per day, and profit is capped at $5 per day.
Play responsibly. Lucky Code and Spin & Win involve chance and paid entries reduce your balance. They are for entertainment, not a way to earn a living. Only play with amounts you are happy to spend, and only if games of chance are legal for you where you live and you are of legal age; you are responsible for complying with your local laws. Earnships.com may refuse or limit play for any account.
Deposits
You can add money to your balance from Account Settings > Deposit (between $1 and $500 per deposit) by paying one of our official accounts and submitting the transaction ID and a screenshot of the payment. Each deposit is checked by our team before it is added to your balance; deposits that cannot be confirmed are rejected and you are informed by email. A transaction can only be submitted once. Deposits are spend-only: deposited money can be used for subscription plans, plan renewals, games and the shop, but it cannot be withdrawn. Only your earnings and winnings can be withdrawn, so the withdrawable amount shown on the Payouts page excludes deposits that have not yet been spent. Submitting false payment details leads to account suspension.
Shop and Marketplace
Shop prices are shown in PKR. When you pay with your earnings balance, the total is converted at the live rate and taken from your balance. Members who sell must complete KYC; listings are reviewed before they go live and each seller may have up to 50 listings. For items sold by members, the buyer's payment is held by the shop until delivery; an order counts as delivered when the buyer receives it or automatically 10 days after shipping, and the seller's earnings, less a commission of about 10%, are added to the seller's balance 3 days after delivery. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and delivery of what they list.
