Games, Renewals and Shop: Data We Process
- Games. For Word Game rounds, Lucky Code guesses and Spin & Win spins we store your account, each action and its result, the amounts taken or paid, the time, your IP address and browser/device information. We use this to run the games, pay prizes, enforce daily limits and prevent fraud.
- Lucky Code secret. Your Lucky Code numbers are generated from a private secret key created for your account. The key is stored only on our servers and is never shown or sent to your browser.
- Plan renewals. We keep a record of each automatic renewal (plan, amount, balance before renewal and new expiry date), your on/off choice, and the reminder and confirmation emails we send.
- Shop. For orders we process your name, delivery address, phone number and payment details you provide (such as a transaction ID and payment screenshot); sellers receive the details needed to deliver your order.
